An effective way for clinicians to learn is by exploring challenging clinical cases, difficult work situations, & our own automatic responses in a safe & collaborative environment. We examine themes of privilege, cultural loss & biases as integral parts of culturally responsive Anti-Black Racism practice. We offer clinical consultation to teams within mental health + social service agencies that is built on an integration of evidence-based approaches, clinical experience, and most importantly consideration for the diversity of Black individuals + communities.
