Our Consultative Supervision for Leadership Professionals is aimed at making those in positions of power culturally competent & responsive in their roles. We offer work focused support & guidance using Anti-Oppressive + Anti-Black Racism frameworks. By creating an intentional structure that explores ways in which the leadership professional upholds systemic discrimination in the workplace, we collaboratively address racism in leadership practices through the deconstruction of one’s own biases + stereotypes.

Our Consultative Supervision for Leadership Professionals serves to increase one’s capacity to provide effective support, and anti-oppressive team leadership, to Black + racialized employees.
