JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK
On our first full day we were gifted with the gentle, yet powerful, guidance of Atlanta Marie who taught us a yoga style called “supportive Vinyasa.” It focused on deep breathing, and accessible movement that improves joint mobility and helps the body release pain and relax. This was followed by a healing sound bath.
The tea ceremony introduced us to Kava;a tea that resets the nervous system for deep relaxing, promotes stress relief and joy, and promotes group bonding.
