PALM SPRINGS | AERIAL TRAMWAY
A visit to Palm Springs isn’t complete without a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. The journey begins at the valley station, where the desert heat lingers, but as the tram ascends over 8,500 feet into the San Jacinto Mountains, the landscape transforms from rocky desert to alpine forest. At the top, the crisp mountain air and panoramic views stretch for miles, offering a stunning contrast to the sunbaked streets below. We enjoyed a meal at the mountain top restaurant before descending to the streets of Palm Springs; a desert oasis known for its mid-century modern architecture, luxury resorts, and that Marilyn Monroe statue!
